Taylor’s Digital Instant Read Thermometer features an LCD readout, an on/off switch, and one second updates. The temperature range on this thermometer is -58°F to 302°F. It takes a 1.5 volt battery (extra battery included). Please note that instant read thermometers should not be left in the oven.
