The Bodum Chambord French Press is made of glass and stainless steel so your coffee or tea will not react or pick up any flavors (as may be the case with plastics or other materials). The French Press uses a superfine stainless steel mesh filter, so no paper filter is needed. That means less waste, but it also means that the oils in the coffee beans end up in your cup, not trapped in the filter.

To make coffee with your Bodum French Press, simply grind your favorite beans to a coarse ground. Add hot water, stir, and wait 4 minutes. Press down the filter to force the coffee grounds to the bottom and pour a hot, perfect cup. To brew tea just add tea leaves and hot water and follow the suggested brewing instructions for your tea. Press and pour.
