Edmond Fallot has been an independent, family-owned company in the Burgundy Region of France since 1840 and they’re still making their products the traditional artisan way. The mustard seeds are stone ground and then carefully blended with other fine ingredients for remarkable flavor and piquancy. Edmond Fallot’s specialty Dijon mustards are made in the small village of Beaune, France, but enjoy worldwide renown as absolutely the best mustards money can buy. Trust us on this one – they make beautiful salad dressings and sauces, but we’ve been known to sneak a spoonful or two here and there! They’re really that good. 7.4 ounce jar. Made in France and imported by The French Farm.
Ingredients: Water, mustard seeds, sugar, spirit vinegar, honey, salt, balsamic vinegar from Modena, potassium metabisulphite (preservative), citric acid, spices.
