La Favorita Fish Crema di Carciofi e Aglio translates as artichoke and garlic cream. Meaty artichokes are pureed and blended with crushed garlic, a touch of sea salt, and just enough olive oil. Sound amazing? The judges at the NY Fancy Food Show must have thought so, because La Favorita Fish took home The Gold Award for their Artichoke and Garlic Cream in 2000.
